A glass full of South West summer! The vinification process has indeed resulted in a textured Rosé with a brilliant pale pink hue. Lifted luscious fruits such as strawberry and lychee as well as herbaceous characters on the nose are supported by a dry clean bright acid with a finish that lingers.
