This Semillon continues a long history of wonderfully oak driven barrel fermented wines. A small component (15%) of the wine was fermented in aged French oak barrels, which has imparted a very fruit driven and vibrant wine, Chardonnay drinkers should consider this as an alternative option due to its depth of flavour. The wine is showing lovely bottle development.
