Flying Machine is our experimental range - small-batch, bold, and built entirely around curiosity. These are wines that don't follow a formula. They're wild-fermented, whole-bunch, unfined, unfiltered. Some are made from estate fruit. Others come from a single vineyard overlooking the coast. The varieties might surprise you. The methods definitely will.

The idea behind Flying Machine is simple: what happens when you give a good winemaker the freedom to try something new? You get wines that are loud, textured, unexpected - and genuinely fun to drink.

This isn't a side project. It's a deliberate part of who we are. Willespie has always had a challenger spirit - a willingness to question how things have always been done. New releases will drop throughout the year, and when they're gone, they're gone. Some will come back. Some won't. That's the nature of it - every bottle is a snapshot of what our winemaker was thinking at the time.
