Our Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer general returns or exchanges on wine purchases. However, we stand behind the quality of every bottle that leaves our cellar.

If you receive a wine that is faulty or defective - including cork taint, oxidation, or any other wine fault - we want to make it right.

Faulty or Defective Wine

If you believe a wine has a fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by email or phone:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the wine and label if possible. We may ask you to return the bottle so we can assess the fault.

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at your discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If bottles have arrived damaged in transit or you have received the wrong wine, contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

As wine is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect personal selections, or because you simply didn't enjoy the wine. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Wine that has been opened (other than to identify a fault), improperly stored, or returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once we have received and assessed your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@willespie.com.au.

Return Shipping

If we accept a return for a faulty or damaged product, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Please do not send returns without first contacting us — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
