Processing & Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 7 business days of purchase. During periods of extreme heat (above 30°C), we may hold your order to protect the quality of your wine in transit. If your order is affected by a weather hold, we'll let you know.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. We ship via Australia Post to all Australian states and territories. We do not currently ship internationally

Delivery
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Please ensure an authorised person aged 18 or over is available to receive your delivery, as the carrier may request proof of age.
