Melissa cooks with what's good right now - pulled from the ground, picked off the trees or landed on the boats that week, sourced direct from Western Australian growers, makers and fishers.
The hero dish changes weekly, shaped by what's at its peak and what the asado is calling for. Each week's menu is published the week before, so you'll know what's coming before you arrive.
Lunch is built to share. When you book, add a few things to start, a few things alongside, or something sweet to round things out - the table will take care of the rest.
