NO FUSS. JUST GOOD FOOD COOKED WITH CONVICTION OVER FIRE.

Braizen is Melissa Palinkas's weekly Sunday session at Willespie Estate - fire, instinct and bold flavour, in full view.

A different hero dish each week, cooked over the purpose-built asado. A few things to start, a few things alongside, and something to finish - all available to add to your table.

It's built around what the season has to offer and served the way food should be on a Sunday: unhurried and without apology.

A WEEKLY MENU, WRITTEN BY THE SEASON.

Melissa cooks with what's good right now - pulled from the ground, picked off the trees or landed on the boats that week, sourced direct from Western Australian growers, makers and fishers.

That means there's no fixed menu. The hero dish changes weekly, shaped by what the asado is calling for and what's at its peak. Each week's menu is published the week before, so you'll know what's coming before you arrive.

Lunch is built to share. When you book, you can add a few things to start, a few things alongside, or something sweet to round things out - bread, sides, the works.
