Two seats at Braizen - Melissa Palinkas's weekly Sunday session at Willespie. Fire, instinct and bold flavour, in full view, with a hero dish at the heart of the table and the rest built around it.

Melissa cooks with what's good right now - pulled from the ground, picked off the trees, or landed on the boats that week, sourced directly from WA growers, makers and fishers. The hero dish changes weekly, shaped by what's at its peak and what the asado is calling for. The wines are Willespie's. The afternoon, theirs to take slowly.

The gift of a Sunday spent at our place, with food cooked over fire and shared without apology.
